1. Moisture, Xiangyu 1945 is a kind of resistant starch, the essence is a kind of carb, in the screw processing process must be rehydrated operation, generally not less than 20%, it is recommended to be in 25-30%. Of course, if the amount of Xiangyu 1945 continues to increase, the moisture should be moderately increased, and the total water content can reach up to 50%.

2. Temperature, under the background of moderate moisture, the temperature of some process sections in screw processing should preferably reach 140 degrees, and the outlet temperature is reduced. Different dosages are adjusted up and down, and high amylose is extremely heat-resistant, and can be melted at a high temperature of up to 200 degrees.

3. Mixture, Xiangyu 1945 has a straight chain content of up to 72%, a small starch particle size (D90 is 13 microns), high hardness, and a compact internal molecular structure, reflecting strong hydrophobicity. In the process of mixing and rehydration, it is easy to have different water absorption efficiency of different materials, resulting in insufficient water absorption of high amylose, uneven mixing and agglomeration of materials. The screw process is unevenly heated, and the product produced is uneven in transparency and has plates. It is recommended that the dry material be evenly stirred and then add water, preferably 40 degrees hot water, and then stand for a period of time to ensure that the material is evenly dispersed and the moisture is uniform, such as the steaming process in the front section is best.
