Share a small set of experimental data illustrating the decline in fasting blood glucose
Release time:

Recently, we collaborated with a client to conduct functional tests on different resistant starch formulations and performed an overall analysis of GI and GL data. During the study, the volunteers were retained and participated in the trial at breakfast every day. Overall, fasting blood glucose showed a sustained decline, with one volunteer’s fasting glucose dropping from 5.9 to 4.6. Although the trial was not highly rigorous, it did corroborate several papers that report effective improvements in fasting glucose and in islet (beta-cell) responses, among other baseline indicators. The experimental data are for reference only and do not constitute evidence of efficacy.
